I've arranged three appointments over the last three weeks, and they keep getting called off. I'm left wondering if they're still running. I really appreciate the service, but it feels like they might not be in operation anymore.

I'm really into this business concept. I give away a bunch of items, so it's great that they can come and grab my things quickly, and I might even earn some cash for a few of them while the rest goes to charity. Super convenient for me!

I reckon the service they offer is a fantastic way to reclaim some cash and give away items that are still in decent shape but, for whatever reason, we end up tossing them in the trash when moving or whatnot. It genuinely benefits others, and you get quite a bit in return. Top-notch customer service, plus smooth deliveries and pickups.

I really don't get the bad feedback. The pickup with Backflip was super simple. I managed to set it up and received an offer for nearly all my stuff in no time. Sure, a couple of items didn’t get an offer, but the option to recycle or donate was just fine by me. Totally recommend it!

So happy I discovered Backflip! I turned to them for tidying up my electronics drawer, and I was really pleased with how simple they made the process. Honestly, it took me more time to sort through the drawer than it did to use their service for disposing of some old iPhones, Fitbits, and a Kindle. The pickup happened, if I remember right, the very next day, just like they said, and I received my payment just as fast as they promised! I’d definitely use them again!
